First round:

  1. A overhead passes a high ball to B. B forearm passes the ball back.
  2. A overhead passes a low ball to B. B forearm passes the ball back.
  3. A overhead passes a short ball to B. B moves towards A, forearm passes the ball back, and returns to the starting position.

Second round:

  1. A overhead passes a high ball to B. B forearm passes the ball back.
  2. A spikes the ball to B. B forearm passes the ball back.
  3. A overhead passes a short ball to B. B moves towards A, forearm passes the ball back, and returns to the starting position.

Third round:

  1. A overhead passes a short ball to B. B moves towards A, forearm passes the ball back, and returns to the starting position.
  2. A spikes the ball to B. B digs the ball back to A.
