- Number of players:
- Lay flat on your stomach and extend your arms to the sides.
- Move your right foot to your left hand, while keeping your upper body, arms, and left hip in contact with the floor.
- Go back to the starting position and perform the same movements with your left foot.
- Repeat these movements a number of times.
