Serving assignments

Team A plays a game to five points against team B. Each team has to stick to the following assignments when serving:
- The first serve of each team has to be short.
- The following two or three serves, depending on the number of players, have to be targeted to each of the receiving players.
- All subsequent serves have to served with maximal risk.
