If you use movement prep exercises during your warming up and need some variation, try the following exercises.

  1. Side lunge with overhead reach
  2. Walking lunge and single-leg Romanian deadlift (with overhead reach)
  3. Forward A-skip
  4. Lateral A-skip
  5. In-out shuffle
  6. Lateral crossover shuffle
  7. Lateral bear crawl
  8. Inch worm
  9. Approach - snap down - jump
